Club Rules
NameThe club shall be called: - Clwb Pel Droed Llangennech Association Football Club.
ObjectivesTo promote football in the village of Llangennech and afford its members means of social activities.
CommitteeThe committee of management shall consist of the officers of the club with at least four other committee members and shall have entire control of club affairs.
MeetingThe committee of management shall meet every first Wednesday of every month. Any member of the Management Committee failing to attend three consecutive meetings without apology shall be deemed to have resigned.
Election of CommitteeOfficers and Committee members to stand annually (Inform club Secretary). Election of Officers and Committee members to take place at AGM or if required Co-Opted on by the Committee during the course of the season.
ManagersThe management Committee to select both Managers. Managers to have full control over team activities during the course of the season.
ConductIf the Management Committee considers that any member’s conduct is injurious to the reputation of the club, they may terminate that person’s membership.
AGMThe Annual General Meeting shall be held in June of each year. All members to attend, any apologies to the club Secretary.
AccountsThe day to day running of the financial accounts of the club, incoming and outgoing, should be clearly indicated and made available to club members. Two full club members who are not on the management committee, should Audit the accounts prior to the AGM.
Club fundsAll money should be paid into the club account, which is held at Nat West Bank, Llanelli.
Two signatories per cheque. (Chairman & Treasurer)
SubsSubs to be £2.00 per game. Any person missing three payments will not be considered for selection.
Club MembersA list of club members to be kept with club Secretary, this may be viewed at any time.
TransfersAll transfer requests to be signed by club Secretary.
FinesAll fines to be paid by the individual who committed the offence.
Club TeamsThe management committee will ensure that all teams within the club have equal equipment and facilities.
The management committee must promote the whole club, ensuring that a ‘them and us’ culture does not exist.
ValuablesEach person is responsible for his own belongings whilst taking part in club facilities. The club will not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Amendments to RulesAlterations or amendments to the rules may be carried out by the management committee during the course of the season or changed at the AGM.
